Client Service Standards
Fast Track places the highest premium on client service and is committed to personal and prompt attention to each client. This is the standard for each Fast Track client, and the management team expects to deliver nothing less.

FTMB understands that clients expect exceptional service from their medical billing service provider. With that in mind, Fast Track Medical Billing strives to achieve the goals set by the following client service standards:

To be as assessable as possible, during normal business hours.

  • Telephone messages will be returned as soon as possible. Whenever possible, you will be given the option of leaving a message.
  • Voicemail and e-mail will be checked regularly during the day. If for some reason this is not possible, recorded greetings will indicate that.

To provide prompt and reliable medical billing service.

  • Medical claims and client correspondence will be handled upon receipt.
  • Bills will be sent in a timely manner and will be clear and easy to understand.
  • Billing problems or questions will be resolved promptly.
  • If desired, the Fast Track management team will personally review the first bill with you to be sure all items are clear and understandable.

To be each client's practice partner.

  • Fast Track will assess your satisfaction as often as is practical.
  • The management team will spend as much time as necessary to get to know you, your practice, and your specialty.
  • Referrals are always appreciated, and when appropriate FTMB will return the favor.
  • Fast Track often participates in seminars and other educational programs. FTMB will keep you informed about these programs, which might be of benefit to you or your staff.

New Client Initiation Process
During the client service initiation process, Fast Track evaluates and validates the practice's reimbursement cycle. This valuable process determines gaps in the current cycle and illuminates how Fast Track's services can increase the practice's revenues.

Step 1: Evaluation: Fast Track examines the practice's current claims management cycle and fee structure to determine what adjustments should be made, laying the foundation for efficiency.

Step 2: Recommendation: After a thorough review of the practice's needs, Fast Track provides a recommendation for the practice's specialty.

Step 3: Validation: Fast Track utilizes a Procedure Code Analysis to determine whether the present procedure codes that the practice uses are accurate and represent the appropriate level of service and reimbursement.

Step 4: Implementation: Fast Track's management team consult with the practice to determine the best process for moving forward to flawlessly execute the transfer of service to FTMB and insure that no claim is missed during the transition period.
